Hi, I’m Beth S., a Managing Functional Consultant at Syssero with nearly a decade of experience in the Workday ecosystem. My journey began by tackling day-to-day questions in HCM, Compensation, and Benefits, and soon expanded to configuring Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent modules.
At Syssero, I’ve found a place where I’m constantly growing and sharing knowledge as we collaborate with clients to enhance or upgrade their Workday systems. When people ask why I’m so passionate about my work, my answer is simple: I wish I’d had a partner like Syssero back when I was on the client side. The team here is made up of some of the smartest, most innovative thinkers in the industry, and we truly support one another.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me cheering on my kiddos at their sporting events, enjoying Wisconsin’s beautiful seasons, rooting for the Green Bay Packers, or building something fun out of Legos with my husband.
