As employee 735 at Workday®, I had the privilege of experiencing what it truly means to be part of a startup, and I ultimately fell in love with the software.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve experienced the solution and ecosystem from every angle: as a consulting partner, an end client, and an independent consultant. This perspective and insight into the varied needs of organizations led me to create Syssero.I founded Syssero with a clear goal: advance the solution and empower your people. Under my leadership, Syssero has focused on ensuring client success through a straightforward approach—being transparent, providing support with consultants who have been in your shoes, and always leading with respect.Today, Syssero operates as a business unit within Rotation Digital, allowing us to grow with additional support and resources while preserving the leadership, culture, and client-first mindset that have always defined Syssero. I continue to lead the Syssero team and stay closely connected to our people to ensure our mission is reflected in every project we undertake with our most valuable asset: our people.The part of my job I love the most? Diving into new challenges. Each client brings something different to the table, and this diversity allows my team and me to truly flex our problem-solving muscles.When I’m not immersed in solutions, my passion shifts to creating in other areas of my life.
