Hey there, I’m Ellie Holzapfel, Multi-Platform Account Executive at Syssero, previously at InteGreat Solutions. In my role, I’m the person behind the relationships – working closely with clients to make sure they not only land on the right HR technology but actually love using it. My focus is on ensuring every client feels supported and well served throughout every project and service we provide, from day one through the long haul. My background spans HRIS selection and implementation, benefits administration, payroll, and fractional HR consulting, which means I get to see the full picture of what makes an HR operation thrive (or struggle).
I came into the HR tech world through a love of people, process, and problem-solving – and honestly, that foundation has served me better than any single system ever could. I get to combine those instincts with hands-on experience across some of the best platforms in the space, helping clients navigate everything from initial vendor selection to ongoing optimization.
When I’m not deep in HRIS conversations, I’m doing my favorite job – being a single mom to my favorite little boy. Life outside of work also includes thrifting for hidden gems, tending to my ever-growing plant collection, and sharing my home with two very opinionated kitties. I’m a firm believer that strong relationships are the foundation of great work, and I try to bring that same energy to every client I work with.
