Hi everyone! I’m Tara Palmerton, Founder & CEO of InteGreat Solutions which has recently become a part of the Syssero family. In both companies, I focus on helping organizations get the most out of their HR technology, whether that’s implementing new systems, cleaning up messy data, or optimizing processes so teams can work more efficiently. My work centers around HRIS and ATS strategy, administration, and solving complex HR tech challenges across platforms like ADP, UKG, Rippling, BambooHR, and more.
My journey in HR spans close to two decades and includes experience leading HR teams, supporting high-growth organizations, and navigating multiple mergers and acquisitions. Prior to launching InteGreat Solutions, I served as Director previously where I lead the human resources function team, supported a rapidly scaling, multi-state and international workforce, and implemented UKG Pro and managed UKG Pro through multiple acquisitions. I’ve also held senior HR leadership roles at organizations where I partnered closely with executive teams, drove organizational design, and supported both domestic and global employees through periods of transformation and growth.
Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, and people strategy, progressing from HR administration into strategic business partner roles supporting hundreds of employees and dozens of leaders. Across every role, I’ve been passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to create scalable, high-impact HR functions.
When I’m not deep in HR systems and strategy, you’ll usually find me enjoying life in Nashville with my daughter, riding ATVs, spending time on the water, and I’m always up for traveling to visit friends and family or catching a great live music concert.
