Purpose:
As a Part-Time Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our team and external partners to create impactful social media content, capture event highlights for marketing use, update marketing materials and the website, assist in content development, and support various marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and campaigns. You’ll also gain practical experience in SEO and social media management, making significant contributions to our digital presence and marketing efforts. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic marketing environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Assist in creating engaging social media content in collaboration with our 3rd party firm.
● Capture photos and videos at company events for use in marketing materials.
● Update marketing collateral and the company website as needed.
● Design and create quarterly newsletters to be distributed to our audience.
● Work closely with the Product Solutions team to develop website content including solutions pages, videos, and blogs.
● Support the marketing team in organizing marketing events, webinars, and email campaigns.
● Collaborate with our 3rd party firm on SEO strategies to improve our online presence.
● Help manage and enhance our LinkedIn and other social media platforms through active engagement such as commenting and sharing relevant content.
● Additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar programs preferred.
● Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
● Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently.
