Hi, I’m Beth Boykin, Managing Functional Consultant at Syssero®. I began my career as an insurance broker, helping clients provide top-tier health and life benefits for their employees. Later, I transitioned to a role within a healthcare system, where I was introduced to Workday—and it was a game-changer. I immediately fell in love with the platform, and for the past decade, I’ve been involved in configuring and implementing Workday solutions.
Over the years, I’ve gained a broad expertise across various areas, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, and People Analytics. My experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the system, enabling me to deliver impactful solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.

Outside of work, you can find me walking my golden retriever, cheering for the University of Alabama (Roll Tide), reading a good book, rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, and enjoying time with family and friends.
