Hi there, I’m Nicole Ast, Senior Manager of PMO at Syssero. My journey spans over 15 years in the HR & HRIS world, with 8 of those years dedicated to the Workday ecosystem, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how project work and systems come together.
In my current role, I lead our Project Management team as we drive operational excellence across our client engagements. I have a real passion for humanizing project work, and I make it a priority to share knowledge openly so everyone feels understanding and alignment throughout the process.
When I’m not working alongside our amazing team and clients, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, on my yoga mat, or attempting (bravely) to cook something new. I also treasure the time I get to spend with my husband and daughter. Our moments together are what keep me grounded and balanced.
