Hi! My name is Naomi Fahsholtz and I am the Manager of Finance and Accounting here at Syssero. With nearly a 20-year career spanning long-term care, healthcare, banking, and now consulting, my career has been filled with diverse experiences in both operations and finance.
I possess a unique ability to view business holistically, extending beyond just the numbers. By leaning into my varied background, I bring a comprehensive perspective to contribute to successful strategy and planning discussions for Syssero. A lifelong learner, I thrive on challenges that push the boundaries of my comfort zone, fostering continuous professional and personal growth. My goal is to contribute to successful movements at Syssero and to empower others along the way.
Beyond the world of numbers, you’ll find me embracing life’s adventures. You can find me ripping through trails on a dirt bike, scaling rocky faces (with a rope of course), trying to complete 14ers, and traveling with my two dogs in tow. You can catch a glimpse of their “ruff” life on Instagram.
One of the perks of my work at Syssero is the balance it provides and the freedom to indulge in periodic van lifing. Whether it’s crunching numbers or open road, I find joy in the journey. Home (and office) is where the van is!
