Hey there, I’m Heather Groff, leading the professional services team at Syssero. In this pivotal role, I focus on helping our clients implement and fine-tune their Workday systems. My journey in the Workday® space spans over 7 years, coupled with a diverse background in HR compliance, Payroll Processing, and HR systems management, equipping me with a multifaceted perspective in our team.

My prior role as an HRIS manager in the distribution industry, where I was instrumental in a Phase 1 Workday® implementation, provided me with invaluable insights. These experiences have been key in understanding how Workday® can be customized to meet the unique requirements of various industries and clients. In my current role at Syssero, I leverage this knowledge to benefit our company and clients.

When I’m not immersed in the world of Workday®, I’m usually spending precious time with my daughter and our furry family members – two dogs and a cat. Staying active and catching up with friends are also vital parts of my life, helping me maintain a healthy balance with my professional responsibilities.
