Hello, I’m Kate Fonville, and I’ve been part of the Syssero family since 2019, starting my journey here as a Technical Recruiter. My career in recruitment began at Sarasota County Government, where I served as a Lead Recruiter. However, my professional story isn’t limited to recruitment; I have a rich background in arts education and theater development, which has profoundly shaped my approach to talent acquisition.
Currently, as the Sales and Talent Manager at Syssero, I have the privilege of not only working closely with our clients to meet their Workday requirements but also leading and mentoring a dynamic team of Technical Recruiters and Account Executives. My role involves collaborating with Syssero Leadership to shape strategy and vision for our Sales/Talent Department. However, the most fulfilling aspect of my job is nurturing professional relationships within the Workday ecosystem and helping others grow in their careers – a true passion of mine.
Outside of work, my life revolves around my family – my husband and our two wonderful kids in Sarasota, Florida. We often find ourselves daydreaming about our next Disney adventure and longing for the crisp fall weather.
A couple of fun facts about me: I’m a classically trained actress, met my husband in the vibrant city of Las Vegas with our first date being an unforgettable Elvis impersonator show, and our family pets proudly bear names inspired by “Top Gun” call signs – Slyder, Maverick, and Chipper, with a kitten named Goose soon to join the squadron!
